Through performance, choreography, research, and reflection, you’ll explore dance traditions and perspectives from around the world while developing your own artistic voice. Designed for curious, open-minded students, this course builds creativity, cultural understanding, critical thinking, and the skills needed to see dance—and the world—from new perspectives.
Commercial Dance
Step beyond the stage and into the industry! Commercial Dance is a two-year CTE pathway designed for students ready to explore dance as a career and creative profession. Train, choreograph, audition, create for the camera, and discover what happens behind the scenes of professional productions. Through hands-on projects, industry guests, field trips, and real-world experiences, you’ll build the performance, production, collaboration, and professional skills needed to take your next step into the entertainment industry.
